RETURN POLICY

 

This return policy is for online purchases only. For in-store purchases please see your receipt.

 

Art and Décor

Due to the complexity of shipping art and décor, we do not offer online returns.  If you are considering a piece and are unsure if it is the right piece, we recommend you work with one of our consultants to get sufficient images, videos, and information to help you make the right decision.  In addition, in some cases, we may be able to help with ideas and design questions to ensure you will be satisfied with your piece.

 

Jewelry

You may return or exchange any jewelry item within 30 days of receiving it (except for final sale items and custom or special orders).

Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only; shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged will not be accepted for return. 

To start a return please email happiness@creativegateways.com and provide the receipt/order number of your purchase. We will contact you within 48 hours to verify the eligibility of the return and make the process as easy as possible for you.  Once verified, please repack your order. Make sure the item(s) are securely packaged and fully insured. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once the inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. 

You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2–10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account. 

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked "final sale" cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit.

 

Custom and Special Orders

Custom Order – an item created specially for, and based on, the exact requirements of each customer.

Special Order – an item that is not currently in stock.

Cancellations

Any order (except special or custom orders) can be canceled before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please email happiness@creativegateways.com. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. Your refund will be processed the next business day, though it may take 2–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account.
