Returns Policy

You may return most new items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, less the shipping charges, for any reason. We pay the outgoing and return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If you simply changed your mind, you may return the item at your expense for the outgoing and return shipping costs. 

  

For reimbursement on damaged or incorrect items shipped, the item must be opened and inspected with 24 hours.  Most carriers require this for reimbursement to the shipper.

 

Custom or commissioned orders:  All sales are final with no returns.  You are given adequate photos and possibly video to approve all custom pieces prior to shipping.  Once you acknowledge and accept the piece via email, the sale will be completed and final and the item will be shipped within 3 business days.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
 

Small and less fragile items, such as jewelry, will be shipped within 1-3 business days.  Larger and more complex items may take as much as 5-10 business days for proper protection and shipping of the item. 

When you place an order, you are charged a fixed rate for domestic shipping in the US.  For international shipping, we will contact the carrier to get a quote and then contact you for the difference in cost to be paid to complete the order and ship.  We will use the shipping address that you enter when you register for an account, combined with the size and weight of the packaged item to determine the final shipping cost.
